One of Foundation’s flagship initiatives is the ‘Sprawny Staż’ programme, targeted at students and graduates (up to 30 years old) who hold a disability certificate. If you are about to finish your studies or are in their final stage, this article is for you.

Starting a career can be stressful:

  • Which company should I choose?
  • Will I be accepted?
  • How do I prepare my application documents?

This is where we come in. The programme offers not only paid internships in renowned companies, but also a real opportunity for employment, gaining experience, and building a professional network. What’s more, if the internship requires relocation, you can receive reimbursement for accommodation costs.

What Do Participants Say?

‘My internship at IKEA has ended, which, honestly speaking, I would have preferred not to end yet. This alone shows what a great experience it was. From the very beginning to the very end I was always treated with full respect, as if I were a long-time employee.’

 - Michał, intern at IKEA

‘The three-month internship at Siemens Healthineers was an exceptional experience that allowed me to see how occupational health and safety theory translates into real-life actions in a large, international company. Each day brought something new - from occupational risk analyses, to participating in medical equipment servicing, to webinars focused on improving workplace conditions.’

 - Daria, intern at Siemens Healthineers
